Knowlode is a venture of Tekton Capital. We believe the companies whose work trains AI should be paid for it, and that this can be done without compromising the privacy of the people behind the work.

Why we started Knowlode
AI developers need real records of work. European companies hold them, but have had no safe way to license them. Knowlode exists to do that with the legal and technical care European businesses expect.

How Knowlode is structured
Tekton Capital Pte. Ltd. is a venture builder that tests new business ideas. Once an idea is proven to work, it is spun out into its own legal entity in the economic area where the business activity takes place.
Knowlode is in that testing phase and is currently operated by Tekton Capital from Singapore. When it is spun out, Knowlode will become a company in the European Union, and we will update these pages, our agreements and our privacy policy before the change takes effect.

Our principles
- We license work records, not people’s privacy.
- We say what is in preparation, not only what is done.
- We pay a fixed fee, agreed before anything is exported.
- We do not disclose who contributed to a dataset, unless the law requires it.
